DS XPress
The DS XPress recorder is a combination of a database server and video acquisition unit that captures up to 480 images per second, with up to 128 camera inputs. Image capture rates can be adjusted from 0 per second to the maximum rate available during an alarm event. DS XPress uses the same custom iVEX compression technology found in some DigitalSENTRY and DVXi video recorders. This allows for much higher compression ratios, and improved picture quality. DS XPress also features automated service monitoring and recovery through the Flashguard device. DS XPress utilizes DigitalSENTRY software to give users maximum capabilities in an enterprise system.
